Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Recruitment Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy focused on future tech trends, including AI, machine learning, and spatial computing.
- SEO-First Sourcing: Leverage advanced SEO techniques and keyword strategies to optimize job postings and improve visibility across major job boards and search engines.
- Technical Talent Acquisition: Identify, screen, and secure top-tier candidates for complex technical roles, utilizing Boolean search and ATS automation.
- Brand Authority Building: Collaborate with marketing to enhance our external brand presence, ensuring our digital footprint is optimized for maximum candidate conversion.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor recruitment funnels using data analytics to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of filling high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
- SEO Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in optimizing recruitment content for search engines (e.g., optimizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career pages).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean string construction, and HRIS platforms.
- Data Analysis: Ability to interpret recruitment metrics and use data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse talent pools.
