Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting, from market mapping and sourcing to interviewing and closing top-tier engineering and product talent.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and social sourcing tools to build diverse talent pipelines.
- Optimize job descriptions and career site content for search engines to improve organic traffic and applicant quality.
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and SEO metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop recruitment campaigns that enhance our employer brand.
- Conduct technical screeners and manage relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to manage candidate pipelines and track performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or a hybrid HR/marketing role.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building strategies.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Sourcerise).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasion and storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with passive candidates and influence hiring decisions.
- Experience analyzing data to drive process improvement and strategic growth.
