Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient acuity in emergency department settings
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams on critical care pathways
- Implement advanced nursing interventions for time-sensitive conditions
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide clinical guidance to junior nursing staff
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota RN license with 3+ years ED experience
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Excellent communication and de-escalation skills
