Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) and companionship
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light household duties
- Monitor client vitals and document care progress
- Administer medications as per care plans
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Implement specialized care plans for chronic conditions
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- Compassionate nature with patience for elderly care
- High school diploma or equivalent required
