Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Support patient independence and dignity in all care interactions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Qualifications
- Valid California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in long-term care or hospital setting
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
