Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood draws on diverse patient populations
- Process, label, and transport specimens following strict protocols
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control standards
- Verify patient identities and document procedures meticulously

- Operate centrifuges and point-of-care testing equipment

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in fast-paced environment
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- Excellent venipuncture skills on diverse populations
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- New York State phlebotomy license (if applicable)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
