Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 foresight frameworks across tech, sustainability, and geopolitical domains
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future priorities
- Establish KPIs for tracking emerging technology adoption and societal impact
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
