Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and geopolitical impacts on future business models
- Produce high-impact strategic whitepapers and executive briefings translating complex future scenarios into actionable recommendations
- Design and implement agile innovation pipelines to prototype future-facing solutions and market opportunities
- Establish quantitative/qualitative KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI of future-oriented initiatives
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into long-term business strategy
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and industry conferences to shape thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech) and their business implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience translating complex insights for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-uncertainty environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation strategy, or business transformation
- Strong network within futurist communities and innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
