Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields with premium equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures using advanced instrumentation
- Operate robotic surgical systems and monitoring equipment
- Inventory and sterilize specialized surgical instruments
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and Joint Commission standards
- Participate in surgical equipment optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required
- 2+ years of OR experience with robotic surgery equipment
- BLS/CPR certification
- Knowledge of advanced surgical instrumentation
- Ability to troubleshoot sterile processing equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to cover on-call rotations
