Responsibilities
- Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures
- Assist surgeons with instrumentation and equipment during operations
- Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols
- Manage surgical inventory and supply chain logistics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care
- Document procedures accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years of scrub tech experience in surgical specialties
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Knowledge of sterile processing and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Oklahoma Surgical Tech license (or eligible)
