Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning patients
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts
- Support patient hygiene and comfort in accordance with care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure a clean, safe, and infection-free patient environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania CNA certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided if not current)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Compassionate demeanor and commitment to patient dignity
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
