Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care records using our remote EHR system
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
- Basic computer skills for remote documentation
