Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in acute care settings with precision and compassion
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate documentation and remote charting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Provide patient education on health management and discharge planning
- Maintain sterile techniques and infection control standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and telehealth consultations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado (CO) required
- BSN degree preferred; ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Experience with telehealth platforms a plus
