Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Oncology
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and hospital protocols
- Lead rapid response interventions during critical situations
- Mentor new nurses and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or New York
- BSN degree (ADN with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Proven night shift adaptability and critical thinking skills
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
