Responsibilities
- Assess & Plan: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Medication Safety: Accurately administer medications and treatments while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) for all patient interactions.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in code blue situations.
- Hygiene & Comfort: Provide daily living assistance and ensure patient comfort and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience: New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior experience required.
- Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
