Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care planning for diverse patient populations
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care delivery
- Document clinical outcomes accurately in EMR systems with attention to regulatory compliance
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia (or compact state eligibility)
- BSN degree with minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR systems and telehealth technologies
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills with patients and healthcare teams
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts including weekends
- Experience with remote monitoring systems preferred
