Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with hospital protocols and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, vital signs, and clinical progress.
- Adhere to infection control standards and hospital safety regulations at all times.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their care plans.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities provided during your training.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Completion of a state-approved nursing program (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
- Willingness to complete our comprehensive Paid Training program prior to assignment start.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
