Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in diverse healthcare settings with provided advanced medical equipment
- Adhere to facility protocols while maintaining JCAHO compliance standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using provided electronic health record systems
- Document patient assessments and interventions using supplied mobile devices
- Utilize provided point-of-care testing equipment for rapid diagnostics
- Maintain equipment calibration and inventory per manufacturer guidelines
- Participate in telehealth consultations using provided video conferencing tools
Qualifications
- Active NJ RN license or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS/NRP preferred
- Proficient with EMR systems (Epic/Cerner experience valued)
- Ability to operate provided point-of-care devices and infusion pumps
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments with optional extensions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- COVID-19 vaccination required (with medical/religious accommodations)
