Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EMR systems
- Advocate for patient safety and infection control standards
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency situations
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience (ICU/ER preferred)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS/NRP a plus)
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new healthcare environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Travel nursing experience highly desirable
