Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions with precision
- Monitor patient vitals and response to treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation

- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, ENPC)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts in various healthcare environments
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screenings
