Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status, history, and needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning.
Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in the state of New Mexico or compact state.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Travel nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
