Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in top-tier Boston medical facilities
- Utilize provided advanced medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and state regulations
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Participate in emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
- 2+ years of acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with provided medical equipment
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Valid US passport and driver's license
