Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in assigned clinical units with specialized focus on [e.g., ICU, ER, Med-Surg]
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols and state regulations
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- 2+ years of recent experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; additional certifications based on unit
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new healthcare environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
