Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, assessments, and interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the broader healthcare team.
- Adhere to all infection control policies, safety regulations, and JCAHO standards.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond immediately to any changes or emergencies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (preferably Med-Surg or Telemetry).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
