Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care in acute care settings (ICU, ER, Telemetry)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals accurately
- Document clinical observations using EMR systems
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO and facility protocols
- Adapt quickly to diverse healthcare environments
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Missouri (or compact state)
- 2+ years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Valid passport for potential assignments
