Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across various clinical units, including Med-Surg, ICU, and Telemetry.
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols, electronic health records (EHR), and interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel to different healthcare facilities within the region.
