Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment in accordance with nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient vital signs, medical history, and progress accurately.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Respond to emergency situations and critical care needs promptly.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Nevada or compact state.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience (Critical Care preferred).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
