Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control policies.
- Participate in shift handovers and patient education.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Hawaii (or compact state eligibility).
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care experience.
- Valid US work authorization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
