Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in ICU or ER settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Implement patient care plans and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments per protocols
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Educate patients and families on health conditions
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- 1+ years of ICU or ER experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility for 13-week assignments
- Pass background and drug screening
