Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, etc.)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and perform diagnostic procedures
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in EMR systems
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge plans
- Adhere to facility protocols, JCAHO standards, and state nursing regulations
- Respond effectively to emergency situations and critical patient events
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Florida or compact state
- Minimum 1-2 years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; specialty certifications preferred
- Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and patient populations

- Ability to pass background check and facility-specific screenings
