Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems
- Adhere to facility protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain clear communication channels
- Adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in any US state (we'll support Florida licensure)
- New graduates and nurses with limited experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work 13-week assignments with flexible scheduling
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel and adapt to new healthcare environments
