Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, safely, and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Document patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and complete required documentation.
- Engage in remote documentation sessions and flexible scheduling opportunities.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) for remote charting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and diverse patient populations.
- Travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
