Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in hospital units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Adhere to evidence-based clinical protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Adapt quickly to new healthcare environments and systems
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota or compact state
- 2+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
