Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in diverse clinical settings across Minneapolis metro hospitals
- Adapt quickly to new protocols and electronic health record systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with JCAHO standards
- Provide mentorship to permanent staff during transition periods

Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal orientation
