Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards.
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records and documentation.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning processes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a compact state.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
