Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and specialty units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide patient education on health conditions and preventive care measures
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
- Adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare technologies
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma)
- New graduates and career-changers enthusiastically encouraged to apply
- BLS certification required (we provide free training if needed)
- Strong communication skills and passion for patient advocacy
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to various clinical settings
