Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing health status, diagnosing nursing problems, and implementing and evaluating nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient observations, interventions, and responses to treatment accurately and in a timely manner.
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and patient populations to ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona (or compact state eligibility).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to float to different units or shifts as required by patient volume.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
