Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in ICU/Stepdown units with 4:1 patient ratios
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt quickly to new EMR systems and facility protocols
- Manage complex patient cases with autonomy and clinical judgment
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and facility standards
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in Epic systems
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience in ICU/Stepdown
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- BSN preferred; ADN accepted with relevant experience
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
