Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Assess patient conditions and document medical histories accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Respond to medical emergencies and critical incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and shift schedules.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality of care standards.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
