Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in strict adherence to facility protocols and standards.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and thorough documentation of patient progress and medical records.
- Adapt quickly to new clinical environments and high-volume settings.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Florida.
- ACLS and BLS certifications required (or willing to obtain).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel and relocate for the duration of the contract.
