Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in acute care settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient vitals
- Document patient records accurately and timely
- Assess patient needs and implement nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families on healthcare protocols
- Adhere to hospital policies and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio or compact state
- 1+ years of recent acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Pass background and drug screening
