Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations and physician orders.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene immediately in emergency situations.
- Document patient history, symptoms, and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict infection control protocols.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience (Travel experience preferred).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to different healthcare settings and shift schedules.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
