Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care across diverse medical units including ER, ICU, and Telemetry
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Adhere to JCAHO and facility-specific protocols and safety standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide patient and family education on health management
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in relevant specialty
- BSN degree preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- ACLS, BLS, and specialty certifications (e.g., TNCC, ENPC) required
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
