Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ICUs, ERs, and specialty units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per facility protocols
- Document patient assessments and progress accurately in electronic health records
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and OSHA standards
- Adapt quickly to new environments and healthcare systems

Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in specialty area
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- BLS, ACLS, and relevant specialty certifications required
- Exceptional communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong computer literacy for telehealth documentation
- Valid driver's license for local travel assignments
