Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans tailored to patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with facility protocols and state regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly and effectively to any changes in clinical condition.
- Document all patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for new assignments.
