Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse clinical settings including ER, ICU, and Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain accurate medical documentation
- Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes
- Assess patient needs, administer medications, and monitor vital signs
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Maintain compliance with state nursing regulations and facility policies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing with Colorado State Board of Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional certifications may be needed per assignment)
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong assessment skills and clinical judgment abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and protocols
