Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care in specialized units including ICU, ER, and Med-Surg
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Document clinical observations and interventions using EMR systems
- Maintain strict adherence to JCAHO and facility-specific protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Active Missouri RN license or ability to obtain through compact agreement
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in specialty area
- BLS/ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred
- BSN degree strongly preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
