Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in fast-paced Emergency Department settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and efficiently
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Provide patient and family education on health conditions and procedures
- Maintain strict compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing (compact license preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience
- ACLS, BLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN or higher degree preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background and drug screening
