Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in assigned clinical units
- Adapt quickly to new hospital protocols and EMR systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation per facility standards
- Ensure patient safety and infection control compliance
- Participate in orientation and training programs
- Travel to Boston-area healthcare facilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts or compact state
- 1+ years of acute care experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- Telemetry or ICU experience preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (days/nights)
- Strong communication and adaptability skills
- Ability to travel independently
- Positive references from previous employers
