Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols.
- Assess patient needs, develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and clinical notes.
- Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Alaska.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel to various facilities within the Anchorage area as needed.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
